Base Camp

Riverside Camping at Seiont Nurseries, Pontrug was excellent! We pitched by - and swam in - the river, and were only bothered by the occasional wasp!
Canoeing at Llanberis was great fun - thanks to Surf-Lines - even in the rain. We couldn't decide whether Caernarfon was at its best in rain or shine! But the trip over the Menai Strait to Anglesey was worth it just to see Llanfairpwllgwyngyll... on all of the shop signs.
