Tilt-shift
Updated by Richard on Friday 8th August 2014 at 03:57 PM

Tilt–shift photography is used for simulating miniature scenes. I'm not going to go into the technical details, mainly because I don't understand them, but 'true' tilt-shift photography requires the use of special lenses to produce the effects. However, these effects can also be produced with digital post-processing - i.e. mucking about with the image on your PC.

I've used the online Art&Mobile TiltShift Generator to produce the photos here.
